Vitamin D supplementation reduces insulin resistance?

Vitamin D supplementation reduces insulin resistance in South Asian women living in New Zealand who are insulin resistant and vitamin D deficient - a randomised, placebo-controlled trial.

After I found this study, I wanted to talk with Pam Von Hurst who did it to get more "details" about the study and what she found!

It's one thing to find a "science" finding but it's another thing to "get it"..... While I don't AGREE with everything she says about health/nutrition there is NO argument that Vitamin D deficiency is something that NEEDS to be addressed!!

Let me know what you think of the call and what you learn!!
